Thank you for participating in the 2009 Congress on Spinal Cord Medicine and Rehabilitation, the nation’s premiere conference for spinal cord injury.
The 2009 Congress on Spinal Cord Medicine and Rehabilitation Expo will be held Thursday, September 24 and Friday, September 25, 2009 in the Dallas Grand Hall of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Dallas Texas.
IMPORTANT TIMES
Expo Hall Set Up: Wednesday, September 23 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Expo Hall Hours:
- Thursday, September 24 from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday, September 25 from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm
Expo Hall Tear Down: Saturday, September 26 from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Freeman will be handling all shipments for the conference.
Freeman will accept materials beginning Wednesday, August 26 – September 16. Material arriving after September 16 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
